STABILITY - MOBILITY

This area is designed to restore mobility and combat back and joint pain caused by factors such as a sedentary lifestyle, prolonged sitting, or stress. Weak points of the body are activated and stabilized.


FITNESS

Recharge your energy after a stressful day, work towards your ideal figure, keep your muscles flexible at any age, and isolate muscle groups for targeted training. This is achieved with the help of guided cable machines and an innovative timer that sets work and rest intervals, helping with your movement rhythm.


FUNCTIONAL TRAINING

A holistic movement training that involves complex, natural movements, engaging multiple joints and muscle groups simultaneously. These movements are relevant to everyday life and cross-sport activities. It optimizes movement patterns and helps prevent injuries.


CARDIO

Ideal tools to strengthen the cardiovascular system and immune system, while boosting fat burning. Endurance training that keeps large muscle groups in motion, promoting a strong, healthy heart and improving the performance of both the heart and lungs.


STRENGHT

A dedicated area for weight training. The goal is to improve and increase physical strength, achieving body transformations such as muscle mass growth.

PERSONAL TRAINING

One on One
Our trainers support you with 1:1 coaching to achieve your personal goals, assess your current condition, define your customized target state, and walk with you on the path to success.

 

MEDICAL TRAINING THERAPY

Targeted rehabilitation training to help you manage everyday life pain-free after injuries, surgeries, or chronic conditions, and to get back into your preferred sport.
 


ANALYSIS SCREENING

Various tests to assess your current condition and various attributes.
Inbody: Bioimpedance test to determine body composition.
Posture test and FMS: Systems for evaluating and classifying posture and movements.
Strength test: Assessment of performance in jump and reaction through Optojump.

All our  fitness centre subscribers can attend all courses marked in purple free of charge.
You can register for the courses via the My Wellness App or directly in our gym.

For further information please consult with our team.

The course will be cancelled on holidays and in the absence of the instructor.
